Hi When you are in the Recovery Mode Disk Utility, what does it say is the free space on the disk? If you don¡¯t have storage capacity, you won¡¯t be able to reinstall the operating system. Paul

Yes. A change. I tried to use Screeshot (Catalina) to capture the little menu but Screenshot is often buggy. It sort of froze in a kind of dark mode, menu brightly highlighted, and no screen cap file.
