I have a student who uses Jaws 2019, with MS word 2013 and Windows 10. When doing a simple search, control+F, types in the ssearch term, presses enter, which then takes her to the first search result.

Office 365 (now part of Microsoft 365) is always the latest version, as it regularly receives new features as well as security improvements. Office 2019 is based on an older version of Office 365.
