Hi Amy,
This keystroke certainly works in Outlook2016 all the time as I use it
frequently. It is quite possible that your colleague uses a different
version of Office where this is done differently?
Another keystroke that works in Outlook2016 is Alt-H, followed by L.
My husband uses Office365 and he says he is able to get to the Sort options
by tabbing/shift-tabbing.

Good afternoon,
I have a colleague who has asked me to tell her how to sort messages in her
inbox by various criteria. I gave ,,.her the advice to use the keytips (Alt
+ V followed by A B then d for Date , F for From, etc...). She reports that
this sometimes does not work and I am not sure why.
Can others tell me how they sort messages?
Thanks for any advice you can give!
Amy
