I can't seem to post from my email app
No error message the addr is good, so I assume that somewhere is my posts are in the queue to eventually see in website archive
Right now my web list is frozen
I'm not spamming I just post messages news
I sent a help support ticket but nave heard read nothing 6 hrs later, my list has been frozen for four days
I've lost control?

We need a bit more info. Which email app? From Sympatico? On your phone or tablet or computer? Have you logged into your group site? Are the messages there? Have you received any messages in your mail? When you log in, have you checked Activity List in Admin? Have you checked your Subscription (left side of group homepage) to see whether you are bouncing? Check Email Delivery button. Frances ? -- GMF wiki for help.?Search box at the top of each page.

When you log in, have you checked Activity List in Admin?
Have you checked your Subscription (left side of group homepage) to see whether you are bouncing? Check Email Delivery button.

If they're not showing up in the Pending Messages queue, they didn't get to GIO.? Sounds like a problem with your email service. If you have a Basic/free group, you won't hear back from support.? You are successfully sending to a Groups.io group with your Galaxy S5e. So the problem seems to be with your account in accessing to your site.
You have to log into your group - not email - and check out what is happening. See whether your messages are going through.?
No password? Use Email Me a Link to Log In on groups.io
Check your spam, junk mail, if you don't see it in your email.
Click through, go to your group, check your account.?
Are you seeing Owner in the top left corner?
Check Subscription and look at Email Delivery - farthest right tab / button.
In Admin, look at Activity.
Tell us what what you see and we can help more.
Otherwise, I don't think that there is not much we can do.

Go to Admin>Activity and look for the incoming messages in the log. If it says something like "non-member xxxx@ yy.com attempted to send message ZZZZ ZZZ ZZZ via email" then you're sending these posts from a secondary email address...one that is not subscribed to the group. If it doesn't say anything then you're probably not sending these messages to the group's posting address ( [email protected]). Hope this helps, Bruce
