Which email app? From Sympatico? On your phone or tablet or computer?
Have you logged into your group site? Are the messages there? Have you received any messages in your mail?
When you log in, have you checked Activity List in Admin?
Have you checked your Subscription (left side of group homepage) to see whether you are bouncing? Check Email Delivery button.
