I am able to post from my browser successfully
It then shows up in my log
No other error messages. Nothing no bouncing nothing
Someone is blocking me from posting from my email app?

That's good. It suggests that you actually do have access and have not "lost control" of your group.
But I can not post by email in my eejh group
Go to Admin>Activity and look for the incoming messages in the log.
If it says something like "non-member xxxx@ yy.com attempted to send message ZZZZ ZZZ ZZZ via email" then you're sending these posts from a secondary email address...one that is not subscribed to the group.
If it doesn't say
anything then you're probably not sending these messages to the group's posting address (
[email protected]).
