You are successfully sending to a Groups.io group with your Galaxy S5e. So the problem seems to be with your account in accessing to your site.
You have to log into your group - not email - and check out what is happening. See whether your messages are going through.?
No password? Use Email Me a Link to Log In on groups.io
Check your spam, junk mail, if you don't see it in your email.
Click through, go to your group, check your account.?
Are you seeing Owner in the top left corner?
Check Subscription and look at Email Delivery - farthest right tab / button.
In Admin, look at Activity.
Tell us what what you see and we can help more.
Otherwise, I don't think that there is not much we can do.
