I put in an order for hats and submitted our logo design. I wasn’t sure the company (Queensboro, at Wilmington NC) could replicate the logo in the space available on a hat and sure enough they couldn’t. They came back with the attached and I turned it down. As a compromise, I asked if they could do the Loon and runways with the name of the group across the bottom and that might work. Colors need editing, too. They’re going to revise and send and I will share with you when I get it - likely tomorrow. The hats are cheap - about $7 - and we’ll have a few for newbies. On that score, please feel free to share invites with like minded folk.?

You're right, that's nuts.? I have only slightly over 100 hours total time, of which 65 hours is taildragger, yet my $30k hull insurance plus usual liability through Assurance via AOPA was $1030 per year.

You stated that there was a provision or exception to the transponder requirement for non electric aircraft to enter class C with only radio contact. ? I said there was no such provision specific to non electric system aircraft And that there was a provision for all aircraft that with prior notice.

However ATC can direct an aircraft to enter.

But I’m really a nice guy and even though I am correct I will not require you or Brian to buy me breakfast.?
