another experience this afternoon with a non English speaking driver 9
Hi all, this afternoon it happened again. I went out to grab a bight to eat at a popular restaurant in Rochester and took Lyft. Since the name sounded foreign, and this place isn¡¯t a place that I go to regularly I fired up Goodmaps. When the driver first got there he was easy enough to understand, but when we got to the destination I asked him where the entrance was to the restaurant. When he responded he thought I was looking for a ¡°store¡± when I had said ¡°door.¡± I got impatient and when I finally left the Lyft and asked someone for help, I was a block or so away from the restaurant. Needless to say, he earned himself a 1* rating with a nasty note to Lyft. With this topic having come up recently, has anyone been able to bring this as a concern to Lyft, and if so how have you been able to do it?

Micro transit 5
Hi guys, I wanted to share with you an experience that my girlfriend had with our new transportation service. Well, it's not a new transportation service, but it's a new kind of transportation that they started just over the last week or so. You can read more about it at takethehob.com anyway, she went to their accessible app, scheduled for her ride, and they randomly started canceling it. She made it to one of the destinations, and was told to schedule another ride so that she could get from one city to the next. And due to a result of them canceling her ride at least three times, she had to wait three hours in order to get. I'm wondering if there has been any cities/states, they have had this type of disappointment. Point out, she did tell me that these people are Uber/Lyft drivers a, don't tell me why leave my ready to use. This is there replacement door? It definitely seems a little strange.

A very bad ride 8
?Hi guys, right now I am sitting at the airport and I¡¯m waiting to take a flight to my mom¡®s and I should be there later on tonight. However, on the way to the airport I had a pretty bad lift ride, and it has been worse than any ride that I¡¯ve had in a while. It all started out when the driver arrived, and he was talking on the phone to either his wife or his girlfriend from the pick up point, which was at my house to the airport, which is about a 15 minute drive. When we got to the airport, he went as far as dropping The off at the wrong entrance for Delta. He then saw my white king, but told me to come this way and he asked if I could see him at all, and I said no. When we got in the airport, he went way ahead of me, and I was pretty much lost for a minute there.I don¡¯t know what to say, but he got a zero rating for me.

lyft a very bad ride 12
Was that a folding cane and if so when did the driver first see the cane? I'm asking since the driver's excuse likely will be anyone can get a white cane and I only saw it after we got out at the airport. You may have used the cane to get to the driver's vehicle but the driver talking on the cell phone wouldn't have noticed it then. A straight cane is a little more obvious especially if any trouble fitting it and you in the vehicle. Another question pick up instructions, did you put look for someone using a white cane in those instructions? I found out uber will not take any of my credit cards but lyft will takee them so tried and failed to unsubscribe from uber since on safari their unsubscribe form is unuseable. I'll try it with another browser and see if that can work. I haven't used lyft yet but they're on my phone.
