Micro transit

Hi guys, I wanted to share with you an experience that my girlfriend had with our new transportation service. Well, it's not a new transportation service, but it's a new kind of transportation that they started just over the last week or so. You can read more about it at takethehob.com anyway, she went to their accessible app, scheduled for her ride, and they randomly started canceling it. She made it to one of the destinations, and was told to schedule another ride so that she could get from one city to the next. And due to a result of them canceling her ride at least three times, she had to wait three hours in order to get. I'm wondering if there has been any cities/states, they have had this type of disappointment. Point out, she did tell me that these people are Uber/Lyft drivers a, don't tell me why leave my ready to use. This is there replacement door? It definitely seems a little strange.

Could these be drivers that were let go from either Uber or Lyft?

Yeah, I¡¯ll have to agree. It¡¯s probably people that were cast off from Uber Uber, Lyft or some other transportation kind of thing. I didn¡¯t look at the app itself, but it sounds like they¡¯re trying to contract out with this app. Your area is very strange in the ideas department. Or lazy and cheap! I¡¯m grateful everything I need. I can pretty much get in one community on the bus. Keep monitoring things for us and it sounds like you won¡¯t be shy to complain of something¡¯s not working right.

It's been quite a few years since I have used our bus system. Both fixed route and paratransit suck!

No, they definitely weren't let go from Uber or Lyft. That's the problem. Their contract is obviously been signed with Uber and Lyft from what she's told me. I know sounds a little freaky and scary, but it is what it is.
