No, as far as I know, no drivers have joined the list. If you get a driver that wishes to join the list that would be great. Because I believe that they should know the accessibility issues that you guys face as well. I will approve any request to come in.
Let them know, that we are in English speaking List we're not doing German or Spanish or any of that over here.

A few times that I've had to use either service, I've only had like a 4.9. Shockingly enough. The last Driver, We had a five star rating.

Thanks, Lyft seems to hold their drivers to a high standard. It is rare that I have to file a complaint like this.

Was that a folding cane and if so when did the driver first see the cane? I'm asking since the driver's excuse likely will be anyone can get a white cane and I only saw it after we got out at the airport. You may have used the cane to get to the driver's vehicle but the driver talking on the cell phone wouldn't have noticed it then. A straight cane is a little more obvious especially if any trouble fitting it and you in the vehicle. That needs a call to a customer service number. What if any action gets taken I don't know. If you do phone customer service, let them know this e-mail group exists and why it exists.

I am replying again since I missed out on what you asked near the end of the E-mail. The driver helped me get my suitcase in the trunk and when I first got in the car I thought he was listening to the radio with a talk show, but he was talking to a lady and her kids.

?Hi guys, right now I am sitting at the airport and I¡¯m waiting to take a flight to my mom¡®s and I should be there later on tonight. However, on the way to the airport I had a pretty bad lift ride, and it has been worse than any ride that I¡¯ve had in a while. It all started out when the driver arrived, and he was talking on the phone to either his wife or his girlfriend from the pick up point, which was at my house to the airport, which is about a 15 minute drive. When we got to the airport, he went as far as dropping The off at the wrong entrance for Delta. He then saw my white king, but told me to come this way and he asked if I could see him at all, and I said no. When we got in the airport, he went way ahead of me, and I was pretty much lost for a minute there.I don¡¯t know what to say, but he got a zero rating for me.
