That needs a call to a customer service number. What if any action gets taken I don't know. If you do phone customer service, let them know this e-mail group exists and why it exists.

Was that a folding cane and if so when did the driver first see the cane?
I'm asking since the driver's excuse likely will be anyone can get a white
cane and I only saw it after we got out at the airport. You may have used
the cane to get to the driver's vehicle but the driver talking on the cell
phone wouldn't have noticed it then.
A straight cane is a little more obvious especially if any trouble fitting
it and you in the vehicle.
Another question pick up instructions, did you put look for someone using a
white cane in those instructions?
I found out uber will not take any of my credit cards but lyft will takee
them so tried and failed to unsubscribe from uber since on safari their
unsubscribe form is unuseable.
I'll try it with another browser and see if that can work.
I haven't used lyft yet but they're on my phone.
