A few times that I've had to use either service, I've only had like a 4.9. Shockingly enough. The last Driver, We had a five star rating.

Well, that's good. I'm glad you're there. And one of the driver accepts the ride, that's the first thing I do is look at how many star ratings they have. If I think that they don't got good ratings, you can better believe it I would cancel the ride luckily I've never had to cancel a ride because of somebody's star rating yet. But I definitely would if I didn't think it was a good situati so let's just remember to check the ratings before continuing on with the trip.
