I have several that I switch between, based on the apps that are associated with them. I use Mickey Mouse when I need to hear the time rather than read it, but I really wish there was another voice to pick from, more adult.?

If you can live without the phone for a little while, why not mail it back to Apple? ?Probably be a very good idea to call whoever you spoke with first to let them know it’s coming.
Wait a minute. ?A hundred miles is not very far by good roads. ?Why not schedule an appointment with the store first and then drive the patient there some Saturday? ?Make a mini-vacation out of it ??

Selecting Text in New iOS
When I was in email (Apple App) I use to be able to touch and hold in an area and a little magnifying glass would pop up and I could move the cursor to the exact spot I wanted insert text or delete text, etc. I can no longer do that under 13.X. I cannot find a setting for it either. I’ve had that feature for years and now it appears to be gone. I don’t recall ever setting it up in any configuration. I thought it was a default feature. It’s very hard to select where I want the cursor now. ? Thanks, Tom in NM

The swipe keyboard works fine on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I am having other issues with IOS 13. I don’t have the time at the moment to to put in a couple of hours on the phone with AppleCare to address the issues. However, swipe keyboard is the bomb!

I’ve set up almost all the faces available so I can scroll through them and change them quickly. I’ve used several photos of pets and family members for faces.

I have tried swiping and find it slower than typing. I haven’t used it enough to know if it learns over time.
