Re: Where can I find the latest STM upgrade SW download for a NanoVNA-H4
Unfortunately some users have this problem, due to some driver conflict in windows. It has been discussed in several prior message threads - search for dfu driver to find them. It is possible that the

Re: Nanovna H4 #nanovna-h4
The likely cause of your current issue is that when you upgrade from a substantially earlier version of firmware, you need to "clear config", and then power-cycle the nano. Thus clears the config

Re: Where can I find the latest STM upgrade SW download for a NanoVNA-H4
Good evening Stan, I have had a UID and PW to STM for several years now and tried all this STM updating the NanoVNA-H4 at least a couple of years ago. I ultimately had a friend upgrade my Nano using

Re: Nanovna H4 #nanovna-h4
Well, I updated the firmware to the latest version I could find, and that was a joke. This thing is F;;;ed now. Can turn it on but I can¡¯t calibrate the touch and save it. I touch in the center of

Re: NanoVNA 4 version 1.0.? Only save at 800Hz
Hmmm... sorry, haven't seen this before. Looks like something hijacked your cal to be done at a cw freq of 800, rather than the range you wanted. I would just reset the cal and do it again.

Re: Where can I find the latest STM upgrade SW download for a NanoVNA-H4
FYI, for non Windows users, the ST Cube programmer works on the Nano as well, but requires .bin files (provided by Huygen).

SAA2-N software
Just upgraded to an SAA2-N. Looks like a very solid piece of gear. Which software are users here using for theirs. DisLord or Saver? I plan to use Windows 10 and perhaps Linux with a Pi in the future.

Re: NanoVNA 4 version 1.0.? Only save at 800Hz
Thank you Stan, I did not hit the CW frequency. It is a showing up on its own while saving to a location as 800Hz.

Re: Where can I find the latest STM upgrade SW download for a NanoVNA-H4
I don't know the difference. Note that the STM software is meant for programming / flashing the STM processor chips - so I expect that it is more full-featured for a programmer. The only thing we need

Thank you Stan. I will give all that info a good read. So what is the difference between the DEMO version and the latest version? Fred - N4CLA

Re: NanoVNA 4 version 1.0.? Only save at 800Hz
When you say you "set the stimulation to 7.025 - 7.3MHz for both CW and SSB", did you press the "CW Freq" menu item as part of this action? And did you 'save' the calibration to the slot? Typically

NanoVNA 4 version 1.0.? Only save at 800Hz
NanoVNA 4 version 1.0.? I had all slots filled with band segments mainly SSB 5.3305 - 29.7MHz, 3.8 - 4MHz, 7.175 - 7.3MHz, etc. I decided to verify the calibration, I set the stimulation to 7.025 -

Re: sd card - fail write
I've been using a 4GB one in my H4, about 10y old. A cheap Kingston. Works fine, no problems yet. The issues with modern cards I gathered from different projects: 1. the new fast cards 8GB+ are much

Re: sd card - fail write
Tim, the NanoVNA does not require a large SD card (less than 8GB is the appropriate size), but the production quality is not negligible. NanoVNA uses STM32F303, which recognizes the SD card in FAT32
