Howdy. Karen, one of the reasons that I use GyazMail instead of Apple's Mail app is that GyazMail has much better filters and rules. However, Apple's Mail has improved in recent versions in this area.

Sure. Use a better search tool ? InfoClick can do this. It¡¯s built from the ground up to do complex searches in Apple Mail, and it comes with an incredibly well organized and logical user guide.
