Intel chip from the looks of it.
Which means you can upgrade both your memory & your storage.
If you¡¯re running that close to the limits, you might want to double or quadruple your storage (256GB or 512GB). The amount of work is the same, just the product is different.
I¡¯m guessing you¡¯ve only got 8GB or RAM, so you might want to consider getting that upgraded while the shop have your system. 16GB or 32GB of RAM is always much more fun to place with.
Not knowing how technological you are, I¡¯d probably take it to a shop to get it done.

That¡¯s not good.
You really need at least 10% free storage, preferably more, to allow macOS to operate correctly.
Chrome is also one of the worst memory hogs as far as browsers go, and allows Google to track everything you do & everywhere you go!
The favourite at the moment seems to be Brave (based on Chrome code, but much more secure).?
I prefer Orion (based on Safari, but again, much more secure).
Clear off some files to an external device until you have at least 13GB free and see if your problem goes away.
If you list what sort of Mac you have, you may be able to upgrade your included storage, unless you¡¯re on an Apple Silicon (M-Series processors) Mac.

It means Chrome has gotten out of control, force quit Chrome and start it up again. If it repeats, avoid that web site.
