开云体育Well after all the long instructions on how to get my desktop icon back, looks like I just didn’t know how to drag the icon from the program in the start menu. Someone did it in split seconds. There must be a way to do that with Jaws but I did not know how. I will get a “laptop buddy” through a great volunteer organization soon, and then I ought to be able to have a simple way to create a hot key again. I suggest re-installing jaws, if you are not able to resolve the issue from the system tray.? The program should give you 3 options, add on, repair, and re-install. ? The only thing I question is in system tray, it says to run Jaws from the system tray, but I don’t know if that has anything to do with the issue. ?????????????? as a last resort, I still ?let someone turn Jaws off if a part of a screen is not accessible. Then I have to go through the whole riga ma role with shutting down the computer then starting again to get Jaws to load up. Also, people use my computer differently than I do, and inadvertently, things disappear or I’m stuck in search or something else. 开云体育Hello, all. I am retiring today and need to unsubscribe or change email addresses for several lists I am on. ? Most lists have an unsubscribe link that is protected by Outlook 365. It reads something like this: > ? I cannot seem to activate these links with JAWS 2023. Is there a way to turn off this link protection for a day? ? Thanks for any help you can give. ? Keith |
