When QSO is logged in wsjtx, this QSO is not logged automatically in Logger32. Is this your problem ?
Run wsjtx always from UDP BandMap.? Check "Enable contemporaneous user input sequence" option. Uncheck "TCP/ADIF logging" option Otherwise it does not work correctly.

But it's amazing what you can find on the Internet in five minutes with Google. The G90 manual says to use the Icom IC-7000 protocol and requires an Icom CI-V interface. Serial port settings (baud/parity/stop bits etc.) are all listed.
