Hi Al your post said " Outside the US, international shipping applies," which suggests you'd be willing to try international shipping.
So any idea what it would cost to send to England/Great britain/United Kingdom?
If it's not too prohibitive can you accept anything other than a paper cheque (check!). I'd prefer an electronic payment, either a direct bank transfer or Paypal. Both of these will cover the currency conversion charges and I'll happily add on the Paypal commision so you're not out-of-pocket.
