T41 Books for sale - signed copies Latest version

After HamVention, we have a few signed copies of the latest version left over. We are offering them for the HamVention price of $40.00 + USA shipping of $8 for USPS media rate. (a bit slower, but lots cheaper). Note: Amazon sells the non-signed copies for $5 more. Outside the US, international shipping rates apply.

  • Send a private note to me with your name, address and how you would like the book personalized (Name & Call) This will verify that we still have copies.
  • I will reply with mailing information
  • Then send a check for $48.00 to me at the address specified in the reply.
    ?We have limited quantities, so first come, first served.
We sold a bunch at FDIM and Hamvention, but some still remain.

I forgot to mention that the $8 shipping offer is for the US only. Outside the US, international shipping applies, and cost depends on the location.

to try international shipping.

So any idea what it would cost to send to England/Great britain/United Kingdom?

If it's not too prohibitive can you accept anything other than a paper cheque (check!).
I'd prefer an electronic payment, either a direct bank transfer or Paypal. Both of these will
cover the currency conversion charges and I'll happily add on the Paypal commision so
you're not out-of-pocket.
