When they say, "Existing subscribers won't experience price changes until their next renewal, "? you can be darned sure that price increases will be involved.
?
But, you can be equally certain that you'll be warned well ahead of your renewal date and given the opportunity to "downgrade" to the "Classic" M365 Personal or Family so that you keep the same services you had during the non-AI era.
?
As soon as they tell me that my $99/year is going up to something significantly higher at a renewal date I'll be downgrading.? If it's a trivial increase in price, say $1 or $2 a month, if I end up finding the integrated Copilot functionality useful to me I might keep it.

Re: CONTROL-Y doesn't Always Work
I can't speak to what anyone might be doing, but remember that Ctrl + Y is the redo command in a very great many contexts, and if you happen to be in a context within Outlook where something could be re-done, that's probably what's happening.
?
The Ctrl + Z and Ctrl + Y undo-redo pair of commands are very widespread.
?
If Shift + F6 works, that's almost certain to not have any possibility of collision and be 100% reliable.?

Re: JAWS Locking up when I open some messages
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI see this with JAWS, Narrator and NVDA. Alt-tabbing away or hitting control+end don¡¯t seem to be any better for me than just waiting. This has been a round for years. I think FS addressed it a while ago, but that only made it marginally better, and I agree, it¡¯s gotten worse lately. IMHO, there¡¯s an issue in the AT layer for either Windows or Outlook. FS would know best and should be able to work with Microsoft if needed. ?
