Have you followed the steps at the end of that page in the section that starts out with: ?Manual Workaround?
I literally sent this page to someone I know this morning.? Many techs have had to resort to the Manual workaround, which means removing the third-party access for Microsoft Apps on the Google side of the equation, then starting the process
in Outlook Classic from scratch.
