Hi Brian, I am using Outlook 365 and also Outlook on the web. I have check the settings on the Outlook on the web and I can¡¯t see any changes that should be letting the spam go into my inbox. So I am assuming? and update change something. Mr. Ed ? ?

Most spam filtering takes place on the server side of things these days rather than the client (Outlook) side. What email provider (or providers) is (are) involved?
