Shannon, Have you tried NVDA or Narrator?? Do they behave in the same way as JAWS?? This could very well be a JAWS problem, and the easiest way to rule that in or out is to use an alternate screen

- No, it doesn't.? Ctrl + Y brings up the Go To Folder dialog.? If you select a folder here and hit OK, you do NOT end up with focus in the folder tree, but in the message list for the folder
