Here is what I do. Say I¡¯m in my inbox, I hit Ctrl, shift, tab and that lands me in a list of all folders in Outlook, I simply arrow down to a folder I want to delete, rename, etc. and hit applications key and arrow to the choice I want.

Whatever I do, I can¡¯t seem to bring back the folder list so I can actually delete some folders.
