Issue opening File Backstage View using Alt + F in Word 365.

I¡¯m using MS Word that is a part of my Microsoft 365 package on a Win 11 computer using most recent version of JAWS.
?
I¡¯ve been having an issue when in a document in Word. I make changes/edits then when I attempt to get to the Save options under the file menu, I can¡¯t pull up the File menu any longer with keystroke Alt + F.? I? can only save by doing a Control+S.? Anyone have thoughts on what has happened that I can no longer pull up the menu with Alt+F anymore?
