Re: Send "automatic" files to pending/new members
If you think about it, if there are 200,000 groups, it automatically means an additional 200,000 messages sent, delivered, not delivered and returned, and stored in archives. Stored in archives means

I'm posting this separately since my OP has not yet come through: the problem is not that I'm not receiving my own messages. The problem is a severe delay in messages coming through email, up to 10-20

I've always (for years here) been set to receive copies of my own emails, and suddenly this afternoon I'm not getting them. Anyone else noticing this today? I ran tests in two of my groups and it's

Re: Send "automatic" files to pending/new members
Oh! I didn't even remotely think about Calendar because I don't use it on Yahoo and, as Catlady says, it sounds like something event related. Mumble, mumble... I'll see. Thank you, Cherrill. And many

Re: Send "automatic" files to pending/new members

Sort of...? The site will do it's best to keep things in the correct thread or start a new one when needed.? Something as simple as an added space in a subject line may start a new thread instead of

Re: Google Drive free file storage
Some of the cats groups (not mine) ask that members use google drive to post cat lab reports, and don't allow attachments. People get used to it very quickly and it's routine in some groups. I

Re: Google Drive free file storage
I don't think this would be an easy solution.? There's not a simple integration to use.? It looks to me like each person would need a Google Drive account, then share anything they wanted others to
