why not put it in the calendar then.
we have a monthly rules reminder that goes out to the group every first of every month.

In my YG group we have 2 separate files which are sent to each new member on joining and monthly to the group: a netiquette file + a notice with all the basic technical info to manage the group (e-mail commands, how-to, etc.).
For my relocated group I am using the Group Guidelines as netiquette file, but I couldn't find any other type of notice suitable for the tech scenario to be sent both on joining and monthly.
I put some basic info in the welcome message, but this can't be sent monthly in the group.
I am now creating a wiki page on purpose, but that can be read only on site.
I think it would be useful to have another type of notice, apart from Group Guidelines, with the 'send monthly' option.
