If someone is totally new to the site and has not yet created an account, an attempt will be made by the site to create one for them.? Part of this procedure is for them to reply to an email sent to

Re: Yahoo still updating?
Yahoo seem a little opaque about what constitutes new content. But as they've indicated, email-only functionality will continue, I think after they shutter the web interface (Dec 14th?). Content seems

Re: Yahoo still updating?
That doesn't seem exceptional. Yahoo is continuing to operate as an email reflector, as they said. Conversations are not "content" like photos or files. Are the latest messages available on the group

That just means that a group has to be Premium before a moderator/owner can change someone's email address for them.? The second part means that you can confirm an email/account that's new to GIO

Edit emails and confirm members (feature)

Re: Transferring a Yahoo group without Moderator access
PG4 allows downloading of archives by any member and does not need to be a owner or moderator. With PG4 at least you have a copy of the archives and they are not lost when Yahoo deletes them. That's
