Part of this procedure is for them to reply to an email sent to them, thus confirming a good email address.? If they've attempted to join your group (at the same time or later), you'll see a pinkish NC next to their email address on your member list.? On a Premium group, you can confirm that address instead of them replying to the email they received.? Some folks make a mistake when entering their email address, others don't read the confirmation email.? If you confirm the address and it's incorrect, it will start bouncing, so be sure it's right before confirming for them if you go that route.
