Peter, Removing the address from your group's Members list doesn't delete the account associated with that address. The existence of that account is what blocks you from making it an alias address to

Currentlly when you direct add a member to a group and connected subgroups an email is generated for each one. ?In our case it creats 4 email to the member, one for the main group and 3 for seperate

Marina, Maybe. In most cases of email replies (and all cases of reply via the group's Messages section) the reply will contain header information that links it back to the message it is a reply to.

You may have to contact Mark at [email protected] and have him intervene. However, you can reasonably expect some resistance. People set up two-factor authorization because they want more security.
