Leeni -- The only way I know of for this to happen is to apply a hashtag that has the "no email" flag set. But you already said this: Do the missing posts contain a hashtag that has the No Email

How about per month?? You can see that on the homepage of your group, toward the bottom, in the Message History area. With a bit more work, you could find them for any time span by using the Custom

There is currently no provision to do this from within groups.io. You can, however, subscribe an address to both subgroups, and set up a forwarder so the desired messages are sent to the target
