How to find all current owners of a group

Make sure to make the subgroup message archive private, too (Privacy > Visibility > "...messages viewable to subgroup members only"). Regards, Bruce Check out the groups.io Help Center (

Re: Send-only subgroup?
Set the subgroup to Restricted (in the Spam Control panel) and don't let anyone join (nor add anyone from the main group.)? Main group owners and moderators with proper permissions can see the

Re: Need to create a group to collect public opinion

Re: Send-only subgroup?
Thanks Duane. I can set "Allow non-members to post", but I don't see a setting that allows only owners/mods to have access. Any advice? Frank -- Frank Greco (t) @frankgreco <http://www.twitter.com>

Re: How do I allow direct subscription to a subgroup without requiring membership in parent group? #subgroups #subscription
Another question, why do subgroups require membership to main group first, but if you go to a subgroup's Groups.io page and click Join Group, that person is added automatically to both the main and

Re: Need to create a group to collect public opinion
IMHO, yes. I am of the view that groups.io is not really suited for your purpose. (Others may not agree!) Even if Polls were available to new free groups, a *Poll* (in Groups.io terms) consists of a

Because that would defeat the purpose. The whole point of introducing the thumbs-up button is that it reduces the need for additional messages. On groups.io, you thumb up posts, not users. It's not a

Re: Need to create a group to collect public opinion
Yes; you can have a group listed in the directory but still have its archives private (only members can see them, not the public), and allow non-members to post; it's a kind of a "honey-pot" setup,
