+1? ?Our group needs a "suggestion box" subgroup where it's a send-only (sub)group.? I can see how to set "allow posts by non-members" but how do I only allow owner/mods to see the post?

Yes; you can have a group listed in the directory but still have its archives private (only members can see them, not the public), and allow non-members to post; it's a kind of a "honey-pot" setup, you make your address known so people can find you, anyone can send you anything, but only you can see it after being received. (plus obviously the non-member who sent it through the copy in their Sent Items folder).
