Holly -- It is difficult to purposely create a bouncing situation unless a provider is acting up. Now that you have an actual copy of the bounce probe (I have never seen one), I suggest you upload it

Deleting an attached photo (like those in the Emailed Photos folder) is considered a message edit. The post-er will be notified and the message will subsequently display an Edited tag in the message
