From the Help text: Send monthly to the group?- if this box is checked, the Guidelines will be sent as a message to the group on the 1st of each month. Note: we send the message with the #guidelines

The hashtag #guidelines is automatically appended by the system and causes the message to time out after a month. Of course, you can edit the hashtag to change those settings. wrote:

For monthly reminders, I use a hashtag that causes the message to be deleted after a month.? Reduces the clutter and folks won't find old information, thinking it's current. Duane
