Re: Subscribers cannot access files?

 

Merle,

Some of the subscribers to a group I moderate are unable to access files. They claim that the only thing they see on the group home page are the Messages and #Hashtags buttons on the left and nothing below that.

If they don't see Subscription on the left then they are not logged in.?
