Subscribers cannot access files?

Some of the subscribers to a group I moderate are unable to access files. They claim that the only thing they see on the group home page are the Messages and #Hashtags buttons on the left and nothing below that. Any clues to what might be causing this issue? Thanks for any help you can give.

Merle,

If they don't see Subscription on the left then they are not logged in.?

Thank you, Shal. I'm wondering if the issue is that they may have accepted the invite on a cell phone and then are trying to access from their home computers and vice versa? I will try to get more information from them, in case this issue crops up in future.?

Entirely possible.

Each device, each browser actually, will need to be logged in on its own. Logging in places a "cookie" into the browser so that the user is recognized as the "owner" of that account (email address), and a member of the group.

When using my smartphone I find it more convenient to use the "email me a link to log in" feature than trying to type my (strong) password with the phone's onscreen keyboard. Your mileage may vary.
