Sandi/Gina -- A group Guideline, once set up, will appear on the left-side menu bar, and can be referred to by that means at any time. It can also be automatically emailed to a person when he joins, by ticking the corresponding checkbox.
If you want a memo of some kind to go out
as an email at some
other scheduled interval (i.e.: not the first of the month), you have to set that up as a recurring calendar event, not a member notice. When set up correctly, the memo will appear in the group as a #cal-notice.
