As far as I have figured it, the monthly notice will not go out excatly one month after you set it up. It goes out on the 1st day of the month in the time zone that you have set for your group. It begins on the 1st day of the month following the date that ayou set it up. I haven't found a way to send it out monthly on a specific day such as the 15th or the first Sunday of every month.?
