In a word, no. I know the topic is slightly different but have a look at this (very recent) thread:
/g/GroupManagersForum/topic/photo_albums/29114196?p=,,,20,0,0,0::recentpostdate%2Fsticky,,,20,2,0,29114196 because the reasons "why not" are essentially the same.
The best solution is to start again and reorganise the original message and its attachment into something that can be posted into the Files section.
