Moving Files

 

Hello.?

Is there a way to move an attachment from a message to a folder in the files section? I haven't been able to find anything about this is help or otherwise.

In a word, no. I know the topic is slightly different but have a look at this (very recent) thread: /g/GroupManagersForum/topic/photo_albums/29114196?p=,,,20,0,0,0::recentpostdate%2Fsticky,,,20,2,0,29114196 because the reasons "why not" are essentially the same.

The best solution is to start again and reorganise the original message and its attachment into something that can be posted into the Files section.

Thanks, Chris. The uploader has been sending them as an attachment and the moderator would like some one to post them in the files.
