Look at the Home button at the top of the left-side menu bar. Does it display a blue "owner" badge? If not, you are still logged in under the wrong email address.

That depends on what you have discovered! Go to *Admin>Members>Banned*. Click on the checkbox for the banned person at the left hand side of his listing. Click on *Actions* , then click on *Unban*.
