Urgent: How do we stop members' emails being displayed in notification messages (Oct2018)

 

For the past 3 days, members have reported that all the email addresses on each post are being included on the messages/notifications they receive from our group.

How do we stop this from happening as soon as possible as members are concerned about their information being released.
