Re: Help needed with Eldi Oil application
I put it on every part of my body that I can reach. My skin is dry at the time. My body absorbs the oil immediately. I don't always go in for a warm shower within 10 minutes. I sometimes forget. I

The flaxseed should be ground fresh each time. I believe I read somewhere that ground flaxseed loses some of its value after 15 minutes of being ground. Rhoda Yahoo! Groups Sponsor ADVERTISEMENT

Re: Beads in the mixture-Wilhelm&Cheryl
Dear Del, You are so correct when you say that the fo/cc mixing is of the utmost importance. After all, this is what the Budwig protocol is all about. I truly feel that you have now mastered the basic

Re: Mixer?
Don't buy the pre-ground flaxseeds, flaxseed powder, flax meal or whatever it is called. Buy organic whole flaxseeds and grind them yourself just before eating them. Wilhelm

Help needed with Eldi Oil application
Hi Everyone, Can anyone help me out with the Eldi oil application? I did look in the file section, but was not clear on if I should apply it to my legs and arms also. When I take a shower with warm

Re: Beads in the mixture
Why not use orange juice? I have never tried it as I eat my fo/cc concoctions on the thick side made with Quark as per Dr.Budwig's recommendations. I prefer it that way and it mixes quickly, easily

Re: Mixer?
Sorry - I was still reading under the original Dr. Budwig file. There is a lot of information. One final question (I almost promise) - I noticed "Flax Seed Powder" at the health store. Can this be

Yes, we are laughing with you. You will get your diploma after the next round :-) I would say you didn't add any milk as a thinner. You need to thin the mixture so that it mixes properly. Using an

Re: Does It Make Sense to have a FAQ Section to which to send new people?
I don't know Elliot... Based on the questions being asked, I think the problem is more that not enough new members read the files. If they did, many questions would be answered before they are asked.

Mixer?
OK - my first attempt to create this was a disaster. What am I doing wrong? I tried a blender, and then a hand mixer. My "creations" turned into a thick paste that I had a hard time digging off the

Hi Rick, it also makes you wonder as to whether the use of a zapper while on the Budwig protocol is really of any value. Wilhelm Great Point Wilhelm Also thinking of how staph aurous keeps 'evolving'

Re: Beads in the mixture
Would orange juice (or any juice) work just as well? This probably sounds nip-picky but I jusy want to be sure. At this point I am thinking my mix is water soluable as it looks the same as the mix

Re: Beads in the mixture
Hi Cheryl, adding juice to your fo/cc and watching whether the FO will separate seems like a good method of verifying as to whether the oil had become fully water soluble or not. As you say, it should

Re: FO and CC questions
Hi rv, welcome to the group. The Budwig Diet calls for the fo/cc mixture AND freshly ground flaxseeds. Not one or the other. You will find that explained in our files. Please go to our Yahoo site

Re: Beads in the mixture-Wilhelm&Cheryl
Thanks Cheryl, I don't mean to run this subject into the ground as I do think it is of utmost importance. When I mix the oil with my kefir there is no more residue of oil than if I mix it with CC.

Hi Del, No, I don't think the colour has anything to do with seeing the oil. If there is oil floating on the surface, no matter what colour the mixture, it is clearly not water soluble. This is a
