I am new to the group, and will no doubt ask questions that you guys
have already answered - so, I apologize in advance. If you want to
point me to previous posts feel free to do so. And thanks for any and
all help.
First, I have seen two versions of the FO and CC mixture - one
implies you use FO AND freshly ground up flax seed. The other makes
it sound like it is one or the other, but not both. Which is correct.
Second, I always see "eat some of this daily". But, what does that
mean? How much is some? What is the minimum amount that will still
have an impact? Is there a danger of eating too much?
Finally, will mixing things like honedy and fruit have any negative
impact on the mixture?
