Hi Melissa, When I was lysing (tumor shedding, as you call it) it was the consistency of a frothy egg white. That is the descripion I had always heard and that is exactly what I saw evidence of. Was there any white mixed in with the blood? When you say "swirly stuff", does that by any chance mean frothy? I also noticed about a week or so before the lysing would be evident that I would have a pulling, slightly painful sensation at the tumor site, which was in my neck. I would say I had about three or four bouts of lysing, a few months apart from each other. Keep a close eye on what comes out of you. It's one of the easiest ways of assuring yourself what is happening or not happening inside of you. Many blessings to you!

Sorry to be so indelicate here, but I'm wondering if tumor shedding
can be evidenced by bloody show in the poop? This morning, there was
no blood when I wiped, but when I glanced in while flushing, there
was some red, swirly stuff coming off the outer edges of my poop. I
have had no symptoms of tumor shedding or healing crisis or anything
in the three months I've been doing this. Is this something to be
concerned about or is this a possible good sign? ;) Keep in mind,
my mets are on my large/small intestines (initial one in large
intestine wall) and peritoneum.
