I did exactly what you wrote below and it worked fine. I stored it to an empty memory location and the offset direction and frequency were both as specified. I used the frequency you did just in case there was something special about that and it behaved no differently from the ones I already have stored. I didn't have to SAVE twice, though.

I get tangled up sometimes if I forget where I am in the sequence of keystrokes. I think MENU > number > MENU > change > MENU > confirm > EXIT and I get along ok most of the time. I tend to forget the third MENU entry and that eliminates the change I am trying make.
