开云体育I do NOT know of any Apple shops that have dedicated Disabled parking within 50 yards of the entrance - that makes visiting one very difficult I the past, I visited the one in the former Fruit and Vegetable market at Covent Garden in London. It was a VERY unpleasant experience with loud background music and lots of unruly children. I don't use Apple Pay - I use cash!

Same on the European mainland, but you might have to pay a nominal amount of around 100 to 200 Euro depending on exactly which model. And of course, the European iPhone 15 still has a SIM card slot.

Re: IPhone won't switch on.
开云体育My iPhone XR has no home button, and no fingerprint reader. It works on face recognition.?Tap the screen and it lights up. At the bottom of the screen it says to unlock, scroll up, if the facial recognition balks. When it is being difficult or I am wearing a face mask, it presents a numeric keypad for a 6-digit passcode.? I assume the fingerprint recognition has the same alternative. Borrow a friend’s or stop by an Apple dealer to try it a bit.? If you use ApplePay, it asks for the passcode to authorize a purchase, so it helps to keep the passcode fresh in your memory.? 开云体育Thank you for taking the time to respond.? It's now working I checked for fluff in the charging
socket with a plastic toothpick I own my iPhone 6s; I pay ?6 a month for unlimited calls. Having been Head of Electronics in a school, I know that every connection is? an opportunity for failure of an electronic system. That's why the charging lead in my car has a Cigar Plug on one and a lightening plug on the other. I know that later models do NOT have a home button. My attempts at swiping in various directions never have the right outcome so even if I look for a model without an earpiece socket, I think it would? be VERY difficult for me to manage without a Home button MC

Re: IPhone won't switch on.
开云体育If the iPhone has been *completely* shut down, you will have to hold the On/Off switch depressed for several seconds to re-boot it. How long depends in part on how old the device is – newer ones have haver hardware.Brent wrote: ??Could it have been connected and not charged last night. Can you try charging it somewhere else? 开云体育Thank you for taking the time to
respond. I used to be Head of Electronics in a school That taught me that every plug/socket connection is? a possible failure (apart from degrading the signal) I have given up on this and am looking for alternative Headphones With best wishes and thanks? MC ?

开云体育That looks to be a pretty rare cable. I looked at the Cable Finder at Monoprice?() and couldn’t find one.? Perhaps you might have to resort to using two cables - such as a commonly found 3.5mm to Lightning cable coupled with another that is a Lightning to USB A? Just a thought…good luck! Seth Anderson

开云体育The headset that I have is? marked Plantronics USB DSP v3 But I was considering replacing it
with a Logitec Headset (because Logitec have offered me one free
as compensation because I bought a top of the range Trackball
that did NOT have the features which one of their people told me
it would? have). MC

开云体育Thank you for taking the time to
respond. It would? have cost more in postage to send it back than it cost in the first place Yes, it needs to work for both headphones and microphone My Hearing Aids (issued by the NHS)
are supposed to connect to my Hearing Aids by Bluetooth - which
they do about 70% of the time. Sometimes they connect
automatically, sometimes I have to connect them manually using
"settings" and sometimes they will NOT connect even after lots
of fiddling. I have a iPhone 6s. I bought one of those refurbished because it does have a Headphone socket. I'm? NOT concerned about sound quality; I just want to be able to use the Headphones for talk. With best wishes and thanks MC
